    Please join us for an ALERA SA Event delivered by Sue Newberrry and Rebecca Jaensch 

    Sue Newberry
    Sue is the Managing Director of The Woohoo Co, a company crazy about culture and serious about people, helping businesses understand their people and helping people understand themselves. Sue has experience in national management, supported through an extensive range of education and training in human resource related fields. Sue has demonstrated executive presence, integrity and collaboration through senior leadership roles, paired with a strong history of influencing leaders to develop organisational capability and drive positive behavioural change.

    Rebecca Jaensch
    Rebecca is an ALERA SA Committee Member and Director of The Woohoo Co. She has experience in Human Resources Generalist roles within national corporate organisations, operating in Australia and the United Kingdom. Throughout her extensive experience Rebecca has worked in both operational and managerial positions, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of business functions.

    This session will be an extremely useful and practical session for businesses, HR professionals, managers and in-house roles, looking at managing risk through sound workplace practices and developing culture, and preventing, rather than dealing with, claims or a dispute.
