Sue Newberry
Sue is the Managing Director of The Woohoo Co, a consultancy focused on building strong workplace cultures and helping organisations and individuals better understand their people. With extensive national management experience and a strong background in human resources education and training, Sue is recognised for executive leadership, integrity, and collaboration. Sue has successfully influenced leaders to strengthen organisational capability and drive positive behavioural change.

Rebecca Jaensch
Rebecca is a Director of The Woohoo Co and an ALERA SA Committee Member. With broad experience in Human Resources Generalist roles across national organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom, Rebecca has worked in both operational and leadership positions. This diverse background has given Rebecca a well-rounded understanding of business operations and organisational effectiveness.
